1. Service Description
auto-sop consists of a command-line interface (CLI) tool that detects recurring mistakes in Claude Code sessions and auto-generates CLAUDE.md directives, plus a cloud dashboard for managing projects, directives, and analytics. The CLI runs locally on your machine; the dashboard is hosted at auto-sop.com.
2. Account Terms
Accounts are managed through Clerk. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and license key. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
3. Plans & Features
Free plan: 1 project, unlimited directives, full local pattern detection, all CLI commands. Free forever — no credit card required, no trial expiration.
Pro plan: Unlimited projects, directive cloud sync, advanced analytics, priority support. Available as monthly ($12/mo) or annual ($99/yr) subscription. New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial at no cost.
4. License
auto-sop is released under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). You may use, copy, distribute, and modify the software subject to the limitations set forth in the license. The license does not permit providing the software as a managed service to third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute auto-sop as a managed service
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. You can cancel, switch plans, or update your payment method at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance.
7. Limitation of Liability
auto-sop is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, auto-sop and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
