How trial extensions work

Free plan user claims a reward

A new Pro trial is started. The trial end date is set to the reward’s trial days from today (e.g., +14 days for a referral, +7 for a GitHub star).

Active trial user claims another reward

The trial is extended from whichever is later — the current trial end date or today — plus the reward’s trial days. This means rewards always extend your trial, even if claimed back-to-back.

Pro subscriber claims a reward

Trial day rewards don’t apply to active paid subscribers.
